Now that the smoke has cleared a little, I would like you to know how much we at Sepracor appreciate the effort and diligence that the Flottman Co has shown in producing the new Xopenex package insert. I feel remiss that I have not had the pleasure of personally meeting you and your group. That apparent impersonal status, however, has not affected the personal way in which you take care of business. As you know, Xopenex is the first, and currently the only, product that we sell. We treat it with a great deal of TLC much the way you seem to treat our requests. I realize that we took 4-days to proof the layout that you did in one day. Such is the unfairness of reality but you deal with it very well. Please thank Terry Simpson and others that came in on Saturday to get our layout done. Next time I’ll see if we can learn QuarkXPress or PageMaker so as to make your work a little easier. Again, please accept my sincere appreciation for your good work.
